We just got married a little over a month ago! Finally!
And today marks 6 years together total!!
It is insane how fast the time has flown by…
We decided to do a mini honeymoon in Sedona for about a week, and then next spring we will do a big honeymoon in Mexico or the Caribbean. We had a blast while we were there! It was a little chillier than I thought it was going to be, but luckily I am an overpacker and had enough warm clothes so I didn’t freeze to death on the trails š
We left on a Sunday and decided to stop at a little animal park that was on the way called Bearizona. Have any of you ever been there? It was a pretty cool spot to go see! You drive through the park first and can drive through and see all of the different animals they have, and they also have a spot where you can park and walk around to different exhibits.
It was kind of insane being able to drive through bear and wolf habitats! And maybe a little unsafe????? haha but we didn’t have any problems there.
They also have a restaurant and a bar so we decided to stay for lunch and head out to Sedona after our mac and cheese (me) and soup (hubby).
We live in Vegas, so the total drive was about 4 1/2 hours which isn’t too bad. I actually do not mind road trips! I think they are kind of fun. We always stop and get lots of snacks and drinks and we always download a new Audible book to listen to as well.
This time I picked the book and we listened to a romcom book called The Unhoneymooners. We both actually really enjoyed it and would both recommend it! And Eli is not really into romcoms either typically, he is more of a thriller/horror/mystery guy.
