I am reading a little book called…. drum roll please…
The Duke and I
A little bit too much buildup for this book huh? š But I keep hearing tons of buzz about this romance series so I thought I would give it a try.
I just downloaded it onto my kindle the other day, and I am already about 69 pages in and I am really enjoying it!
Daphne has just met the Duke and things are already heating up, if you know what I mean!
I actually watched the first season on Netflix already, so it will be interesting to see how it lines up with the show! I feel like most of the time the books are better than the shows or movies, so I am sort of happy I have watched the show already.
Have any of you watched Season 2? I know it has been out for awhile, but I haven’t watched it yet. I actually ended up really loving the Duke in Season 1 and was sort of sad to see that he would not be coming back!
Anyone else? lol
I am excited to keep reading though! I hope this book will live up to my expectations, and maybe then I will have a huge new series to dive into.
